Pastor’s Prayer Fellowship

The Pastor’s Prayer Fellowship of the Columbus Baptist Association meets every Monday at 11:00 am at one of our local churches. These regular times of prayer and fellowship bring Proverbs 27:17 to life – “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” 

The work of a Pastor can be intensely isolating. According to Barna Research, 65% of pastors report feeling lonely and isolated. The Pastor’s Prayer Fellowship combats that loneliness by providing a safe space where a pastor can meet, unload his burdens, and develop genuine friendships with his peers who can understand the struggles. 

When pastors pray together, it creates a powerful atmosphere of intercession and encouragement and inspiration for one another. God answers prayer, and when He moves He does so mightily in a way that blesses and benefits our churches and communities.
