Capacity building assistance (CBA) is a core public health function which contributes to an increase in the quality, quantity, cost effectiveness, and sustainability of HIV prevention services and supporting infrastructural systems. Funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention’s Capacity Building Branch (Program Announcement 09-906), the CBA Resource Center was created to enhance provision of CBA services for HIV prevention. This site aims to improve communication and collaboration among CDC-funded CBAs and other training partners and enhance access to high quality, linguistically and culturally-relevant training, TA, and capacity building resources.
